- SUMMARY
- Reporting to the Finance Supervisor in Brazil and working closely with the global FP&A team, the Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A is a results-driven, detail-oriented professional supporting KORE's Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasury functions from Brazil. This role is accountable for management reporting, business partnership, and forecasting across KORE's Brazilian income statement (P&L), including revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and profitability, as well as supporting cash management and cash flow forecasting. Core responsibilities include partnering with business stakeholders, assisting with the quarterly forecasting process and Annual Operating Plan, and reporting for assigned business areas. The ideal candidate will have a questioning mindset with a passion for detail and appreciate the impact that good financial reporting has on a business's success.
- CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Financial
- * Preparation of financial reports and presentations for leadership covering the full income statement (revenue, COGS, operating expenses, and profitability), and support ad-hoc analysis to provide data-driven insights that inform decision-making.
- * Deliver timely, accurate analysis of financial results, investigating variances, and identifying financial issues with strategic and operational impacts. Recommend solutions to address gaps and monitor key trends against forecast and budget assumptions.
- * Assist in maintaining financial reporting processes and controls to ensure timely and accurate consolidation of forecasts and actual results for assigned business areas, providing clear insights into organizational performance.
- * Provide analysis and recommendations to enhance productivity, drive growth, improve processes, and identify new key value-added metrics for KORE.
- * Support cash management and cash flow forecasting activities by providing a rolling 13-week cash forecast that includes all inflows and outflows from KTM and KBR, while also monitoring cash positions, tracking actuals against forecast, and flagging variances for leadership review.
- Business Partnership
- * Effectively partner cross-functionally with business unit leaders to generate accurate financial and business reporting for leadership (P&L performance, customer/product profitability, KPI tracking, etc.).
- * Collaborate with FP&A leadership to generate reporting, presentation creation, and supplemental backup materials to provide valuable reporting content for senior leadership (management reporting packages, KPI analysis, monthly business reviews, etc.).
- * Improve transparency and understanding of financial reports for internal customers, providing training and resources to empower better decision-making.
- Business Process
- * Effectively streamline and continuously improve reporting processes as you learn more, reducing cycle time while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- * Develop and document policies and procedures to standardize reporting practices across business units, enabling consistent data handling and analysis.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- * Bachelor’s degree in an analytic field of study plus a business approach; Finance, Accounting, Math, Statistics, Economics or other relevant fields.
- * Fluent in both English & Portuguese (written and verbal) required;
- * Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Accounting, Consulting, or Data Analytics.
- * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
- * Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets to extract insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- * Experience with visualization and query tools like Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar tools an asset.
- * Understanding financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across the full income statement (P&L).
- * Familiarity with US GAAP preferred.
- * Exposure to cash management and cash flow forecasting is an asset.

- * Experience with ERP/CRM/Planning systems (NetSuite, Salesforce & Workday Adaptive) an asset.
- * Strong engagement skills to communicate effectively across all levels of diverse teams.
- * Ability to leverage strategic storytelling to effectively communicate complex ideas, influence decision-making, and align teams around organizational goals.
- * Proven ability to multi-task, problem-solve and prioritize without compromising details to accuracy or work deadlines.
