• * Preparar pães, produtos de panificação e demais itens da área, seguindo os
• padrões de qualidade e as orientações da liderança.
• * Organizar e armazenar insumos e produtos corretamente, respeitando os
• critérios de identificação, validade e controle de estoque.
• * Manter a área de trabalho limpa, organizada e em conformidade com as normas
• de higiene, segurança alimentar e procedimentos da empresa.
• * Operar equipamentos e utensílios de forma segura, zelando pela própria
• segurança e pela equipe.
• * Priorizar atividades de acordo com as demandas operacionais e apoiar a equipe
• para garantir o cumprimento da produção.
• * Auxiliar na manutenção dos padrões sanitários e de qualidade estabelecidos
• pelo hotel.
• * Participar de treinamentos, programas internos e iniciativas voltadas à
• segurança, qualidade e melhoria contínua.
• * Contribuir para um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo, garantindo organização,
• eficiência e excelência operacional.

• Qualificações da vaga: 

• * Experiência em hotelaria, resorts, restaurantes de alto padrão ou operações
• de grande volume.
• * Curso técnico ou profissionalizante em Confeitaria, Panificação, Gastronomia
• ou áreas correlatas.
• * Experiência mínima de 3 anos em confeitaria profissional.
• * Conhecimento avançado em confeitaria clássica e contemporânea.
• * Experiência na produção de bolos, tortas, sobremesas, doces finos e produtos
• de panificação doce.
• * Conhecimento em técnicas de decoração, acabamento e apresentação de produtos.
• * Habilidade em planejamento da produção, controle de estoque e redução de
• desperdícios.
