Job Title: Representative, Physical Security Job Description Principais Responsabilidades: Fornece suporte administrativo ao departamento de segurança junto ao coordenador. Manter e gerenciar arquivos de segurança de forma organizada, todos os relatórios de todos os sites, são documentos gerados pela empresa fornecedora de segurança. Fornecer apoio administrativo na implementação de políticas de segurança e proteção. Auditar todos os documentos de segurança Apoio na investigação de casos de segurança. Atender solicitações de sistema de controle de acesso e impressão de identidades. Reportar e gerenciar todas as novidades relacionadas aos acordos de nível de serviços incluídos no contrato de Segurança. Acompanhamento dos KPI´s incluídos no serviço de segurança junto ao coordenador. Acompanhamento de reclamações relacionadas ao serviço de segurança junto ao coordenador. Requisitos: Público elegível: Agentes de atendimento, assistentes de compliance e Staffs de Fortaleza Sujeito a análise salarial Estar há no mínimo 6 meses na função atual; Não ter medida disciplinar nos últimos 6 meses (Dez/23 - Maio/24) e durante o processo seletivo; Não estar em PIP/PSP; Nota de performance anual 2023 no mínimo 3; Não estar de férias durante o processo e entre os meses de Julho e Setembro, e sem licenças médicas durante o processo; ABS do candidato até 4% nos últimos 3 meses (Março e Maio/24) Ensino Superior cursando ou completo na área de Administração e áreas correlatas; Excel intermediário Inglês e Espanhol (Diferencial) Informações Adicionais: Escala 5x2 de segunda a sexta das 08:00 às 18:00 Modalidade: Presencial Location: BRA Fortaleza - Rua Goncalves Ledo Language Requirements: English Time Type: Full time Mission: Hi, we're Concentrix.
