The Seafreight Intern is to support the team in achieving project goals by conducting research, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of key deliverables. This role is designed to provide practical experience while developing essential skills necessary for a professional career. About the Job Atividades e Responsabilidades Realizar pesquisas e coletar dados para apoiar iniciativas de projetos, garantindo precisão e relevância das informações. Apoiar a análise de dados, contribuindo para a elaboração de relatórios e apresentações para stakeholders internos e externos. Colaborar com os membros da equipe nas atividades dos projetos, fornecendo contribuições e feedbacks para otimizar os resultados. Preparar documentações e relatórios sob orientação dos membros da equipe, assegurando clareza e completude das informações. Apoiar a criação de apresentações e outros materiais de comunicação alinhados aos objetivos dos projetos. Auxiliar em atividades administrativas relacionadas à gestão de projetos, garantindo a boa execução dos cronogramas. Aprender e aplicar ferramentas e softwares específicos do setor, contribuindo para a qualidade do trabalho e melhoria da eficiência. Qualificações Habilidades e Competências: Cuidado e Conexão, Comunicação, Empreendedorismo, Inovação e Mudança, Desenvolvimento Pessoal, Responsabilidade e Confiabilidade, Conhecimento Técnico, Autogestão. Formação: Estudante atual ou recém-formado; desejável formação em Gestão de Logística. Idiomas: Proficiência no idioma nacional; inglês em nível básico.
