• Accountabilities
• Lead the technical direction of AI, automation, and technology innovation initiatives, including team guidance, prioritization, standards, and architectural decisions.
• Act as the primary technical and strategic reference for AI, automation, generative AI, and innovation initiatives across the organization.
• Drive the AI and digital transformation journey by conducting workshops, ideation sessions, training, and enablement activities for business and technology teams.
• Engage and support a community of approximately 40 AI ambassadors, helping them identify, develop, and advance relevant AI opportunities.
• Translate business needs into AI and automation use cases, initiatives, projects, and actionable roadmaps.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, risk, and expected return.
• Define and monitor KPIs for digital transformation, demonstrating adoption, efficiency gains, business impact, and measurable results.
• Conduct regular checkpoints with leadership, presenting progress, results, indicators, opportunities, and next steps.
• Partner with strategic stakeholders and senior leaders, translating complex technical concepts into clear executive-level recommendations.
• Lead executive presentations and multidisciplinary forums, influencing decisions and connecting technology initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Promote responsible AI practices covering governance, security, cost management, technical standards, and appropriate use of AI solutions.
• Monitor emerging AI and technology trends and assess their applicability to the organization's strategic and operational needs.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, technology degree, or equivalent education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data, Information Security, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, particularly in AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology innovation.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, AI Agents, automation, cloud technologies, and solution architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and direction without necessarily being the primary hands-on developer or executor.
• Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to connect technology decisions to business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading workshops, executive presentations, ideation sessions, and multidisciplinary forums.
• Ability to transform ideas and business needs into structured roadmaps, initiatives, KPIs, and measurable results.
• Strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
• Sufficient hands-on technical knowledge to challenge assumptions, evaluate solutions, and guide technical decisions.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, initiative, and accountability in a senior-level environment.
• Relevant certifications such as AI-900, AI-102, DP-900, or DP-100 are desirable.
