- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Executivo(a) de Vendas (V.I.) - Triângulo Mineiro based in Brazil.
- This role offers the opportunity to manage and accelerate commercial performance across a strategic regional customer portfolio. You will act as a key point of contact between customers and the business, building strong relationships and identifying sustainable growth opportunities. The position combines sell-in and sell-out management with performance analysis, portfolio development, and commercial execution. You will also support customer sales teams through training, field coaching, and development initiatives. Working closely with Trade Marketing and internal support areas, you will translate commercial strategies into effective actions in the field. The environment is dynamic and results-oriented, offering strong exposure to customer management, market trends, and regional business development.

Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, strengthening relationships and ensuring effective communication and commercial support.
- Develop and manage the customer portfolio by supporting sales growth, improving performance, and identifying opportunities to expand business results.
- Plan and deliver training sessions and workshops for customer sales teams, strengthening portfolio knowledge and contributing to increased sell-out.
- Analyze customer performance, review portfolios, and identify opportunities for growth, profitability, category expansion, and improved commercial execution.
- Drive sell-in and foster sell-out by monitoring key performance indicators, identifying performance gaps, and developing appropriate action plans.
- Ensure the effective execution of commercial strategies in the field, including positioning, pricing, promotional activities, and commercial priorities.
- Accompany customer sales teams in the field, supporting the development of sales representatives and supervisors through coaching, training, and commercial guidance.
- Prepare commercial analyses, reports, and presentations covering results, investments, performance indicators, and business opportunities.
- Monitor regional market trends, competitive activity, and commercial indicators, communicating identified risks and opportunities to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing teams on Joint Business Plans, commercial actions, and initiatives designed to accelerate sell-out and strengthen customer performance.
- Manage commercial administrative routines, including order follow-up, investment tracking, internal processes, and coordination with support areas to resolve customer and operational demands.
Requirements
- Hold a completed university degree and a valid, definitive Category B driver's license, with availability for regional travel.
- Demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data, track indicators, prepare reports, and develop executive presentations.
- Have knowledge of financial mathematics, commercial indicators, and performance management, including investment monitoring and commercial routines.
- Bring commercial experience working with indirect channels such as distributors, wholesalers, pharmaceutical retail, and Cash & Carry, along with a basic understanding of logistics and distribution.
- Have experience with customer training, workshops, sales enablement, or commercial team development as a desirable qualification.
- Demonstrate an analytical, organized, and well-planned approach, with a strong focus on performance indicators, business results, and execution.
- Possess strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with customers, sales teams, Trade Marketing, and internal stakeholders.
