Looking for experienced Call Center Agents Purple Eagle is the parent company of 18 Hand & Stone Massage & Facial franchise locations in Arizona, California, Illinois, Virginia, and Texas. We expect to grow to 50 spas in five years. We are growing rapidly and need to add experienced Call Center Agents to our team! We will provide training and coaching on our service and appointment booking software. No Spa Experience is necessary! However, if you have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail, you could be the next important player on our team! We want someone that wants to be a valued part of our team, not someone that is ignored. So our team will be talking to you daily. In addition, we have been using remote resources for years, and we go out of our way to ensure you feel valued. We currently have six employees in the Philippines in various roles. In addition, this position will have lots of variety. Here is a sampling of the duties: Duties: • Taking inbound calls for appointment scheduling of Massage and Facial Services • Making outbound calls for hot leads coming in from Facebook •Answer guest's questions or customer service inquiries when needed The hours of this position vary, but an example is below: 7:30 am MST to 3:30 pm MST (with a 30-minute lunch) 3:30 pm MST to 9:30 pm MST (with a 30-minute lunch) Qualifications • Detail oriented • Fluent in English • Dual Monitors • Full-time availability • Quiet workspace • Excellent internet connection/speed • Expert at Microsoft Office • Desire to be an integral part of our team • Experience with Smartsheet is a plus (not required) • Experience Nextiva Unity is a plus (not required)
