  • This is an opportunity for an experienced agribusiness professional to manage strategic customer relationships and drive commercial growth across an important regional market.
  • You will oversee the full customer journey, from orders and logistics to inventory, distribution, and demand generation.
  • The role combines consultative selling, field engagement, channel management, and commercial negotiation.
  • You will identify opportunities to expand product adoption while helping customers improve operational efficiency and results.
  • Working closely with resellers, cooperatives, and end customers, you will also lead improvement initiatives and field activities.
  • The position offers significant autonomy, exposure to the agricultural value chain, and the opportunity to influence business growth through strong technical and commercial expertise.

Accountabilities

  • Manage customer processes end-to-end, including orders, logistics, distribution, stock replenishment, and product availability.
  • Monitor product turnover and customer demand, identifying opportunities to increase sales and strengthen commercial performance.
  • Develop and negotiate alternative logistics solutions to improve service levels and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor customer inventory levels and recommend actions to prevent overstocking or shortages.
  • Build, coordinate, and lead improvement projects that generate measurable value for customers and the business.
  • Ensure all assigned customers are regularly visited and maintain strong, long-term commercial relationships.
  • Analyze competitor activity and market positioning to recommend relevant commercial and customer-development initiatives.
  • Audit the application of merchandising investments and ensure resources are being used effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for performance-oriented agricultural products during field visits and present appropriate solutions to customers and partners.
  • Support demand generation through field demonstrations, demo plots, field days, presentations, and technical training activities.
  • Manage relationships with distribution channels, including resellers and cooperatives, while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Use market, customer, and agribusiness insights to support commercial decisions and strengthen regional performance.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or a closely related agricultural field.
  • Strong knowledge of soluble fertilizers, bionutrition, biological solutions, soil fertility, and plant nutrition.
  • Proven commercial experience in sales, negotiation, demand generation, and customer relationship management.
  • Experience conducting field activities such as demonstration plots, field days, lectures, presentations, and technical training.
  • Experience managing sales channels, particularly resellers and/or agricultural cooperatives.
  • Advanced understanding of negotiation and customer relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of macroeconomic conditions and their impact on the agribusiness sector.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet-based tools.
  • Valid Category B driver's license.
  • Availability to live in Campinas or Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo.
  • Availability for frequent customer and field visits across the assigned territory.
  • Strong communication, influencing, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a home-office environment.
  • Knowledge of the assigned regional market and territory will be considered an advantage.
