• What You’ll Do?

• As a key member of the analytics team, you will transform data into actionable
• insights that support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic
• planning.
• * Identify and contribute to the development of scalable data tools that
• improve how data is transformed, managed, and accessed—reducing time to
• insight.
• * Build predictive and forecasting models to support revenue growth, marketing
• effectiveness, and improved customer experiences.
• * Lead analytics and modeling projects that translate organizational data into
• clear, data-driven recommendations.
• * Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports aligned to key
• performance indicators (KPIs).
• * Implement modern tools and techniques to analyze, visualize, and communicate
• data trends effectively.
• * Partner with business teams to support operational improvements and growth
• initiatives, defining measurable outcomes.
• * Prepare both executive-level summaries and detailed analytical reports,
• including clear written insights and visual storytelling.
• * Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, including options
• and trade-offs.
• * Collaborate closely with Finance and executive stakeholders to support
• recurring business review and planning cycles.
• * Contribute to additional analytics initiatives as business needs evolve.

• What You Bring? Must-Have Qualifications

• * 4–5 years of experience using SQL for data extraction and transformation, and
• Python for advanced analytics, automation, or modeling.
• * Hands-on experience with forecasting and predictive modeling to support
• strategic decision-making.
• * Experience working with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, Amazon
• Redshift, or Google BigQuery.
• * Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including star and snowflake
• schemas, and normalized vs. denormalized designs.
• * Advanced proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or
• Tableau, including best practices for data storytelling.
• * Proven ability to lead analytics projects end-to-end—from business
• requirements through analysis, insights, and executive recommendations.
• * Experience delivering measurable business impact through analytics,
• reporting, revenue operations, or related roles.
• * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex
• analyses into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

• Nice-to-Have

• * Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• * Familiarity with automated data pipelines or reporting automation.
• * Experience supporting executive or board-level reporting.
