- Hands-on experience reviewing accessible documents, applying structured QA checklists, documenting defects, and validating corrections against defined acceptance criteria.
- Ability to determine when a deliverable can be reviewed directly and when quality should instead be validated through a specialized vendor’s documented methodology, qualifications, evidence, and sign-off.
- Familiarity with screen readers and assistive technologies, particularly JAWS and NVDA.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong professional English, with the ability to communicate QA findings clearly through documentation, vendor discussions, and client-facing meetings.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills, with strong attention to detail, traceability, quality, and compliance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural, distributed teams while managing multiple priorities and maintaining consistent quality standards.
