  • Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in helping medical aesthetics practices, med spas, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other healthcare providers grow their businesses through patient acquisition and revenue-focused marketing strategies. Their approach combines paid advertising, lead generation, conversion optimization, SEO, websites, email/SMS marketing, and strategic consulting to help practices attract qualified patients and fill their schedules.

What you will do

  • We are seeking a Website & SEO Project Manager who will oversee the delivery of new website builds and ongoing website updates while managing a team of professionals, including designers, developers, and copywriters.
  • This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project and resource management skills with client relationship expertise. You should be comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams, managing multiple priorities, identifying potential issues, and taking ownership of project outcomes.

Responsabilities

Team & Resource Management

  • Lead and coordinate a team of designers, developers, and copywriters.
  • Allocate resources effectively across website builds, redesigns, and ongoing website updates.
  • Coordinate with the SEO team and other internal departments to ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables.
  • Monitor team capacity, identify resource constraints, and proactively address potential bottlenecks.
  • Support smooth collaboration and handoffs between departments.

Website Project Management

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of new website builds, redesigns, and ongoing website updates.
  • Manage multiple website projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables remain on track.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, deadlines, and task dependencies.
  • Track project progress and team workflows using ClickUp.
  • Ensure website projects meet established quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate challenges with proposed solutions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, decisions, and client feedback.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a key point of contact for assigned website clients.
  • Manage client onboarding, discovery calls, project updates, and issue resolution.
  • Communicate project timelines, progress, and potential delays proactively.
  • Build trust with clients through clear, empathetic, and consistent communication.
  • Translate website development and SEO-related concepts into accessible language.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Maintain a high standard of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Process & Workflow Optimization

  • Leverage ClickUp workflows, automations, custom fields, and views to improve project visibility and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and team collaboration.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between SEO, design, development, and content teams.
  • Develop and maintain organized workflows and documentation.
  • Contribute to standardized processes and best practices for website project management.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, website management, or digital marketing agency operations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with experience in highly client-facing roles.
  • Proven experience managing multiple website projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong project and resource management experience.
  • Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional resources.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
  • Experience working with website projects, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Understanding of website development processes and SEO fundamentals.
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues while taking ownership of project outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Tools & Technical Experience

  • ClickUp: Experience with project management workflows, task dependencies, automations, custom fields, and views is preferred.
  • WordPress: Familiarity with WordPress is important for effectively managing website projects; deep technical expertise is not required.
  • Zyflow: Experience with website proofing and client feedback tools is a plus. (Not mandatory)
  • Project Management Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Website Development: Understanding of the website design, development, content, and review process.

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
  • Salary: 4,500 USD Monthly (Open to negotiation based on experience)
  • Location: 100% remote, open to candidates based in LATAM
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • PTO: 2 weeks of paid time off + 1 week of sick leave annually.
