  • Role Purpose
  • This role is responsible for leading the planning, delivery, and continuous
  • improvement of training and development initiatives within the automotive
  • sector. The Training & Development Coordinator will drive strategic learning
  • programs that support vehicle launches, product knowledge, technical capability,
  • and network performance, while ensuring alignment with business goals and
  • customer expectations. 
  • This is a highly visible leadership position requiring strong project management
  • expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage multiple programs
  • simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Training Strategy & Program Delivery
  • * Lead the design, development, and execution of training and development
  • initiatives across automotive programs. 
  • * Manage training activities related to vehicle launches, new products,
  • technologies, and network readiness. 
  • * Develop learning strategies aligned to business objectives and workforce
  • capability needs. 
  • * Ensure training programs deliver measurable impact, quality, and operational
  • excellence.

  • Project Management & Execution
  • * Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, including scope, timelines,
  • resources, budgets, risks, and performance metrics. 
  • * Coordinate project plans and stakeholder communications to ensure successful
  • delivery. 
  • * Conduct project review meetings and present progress updates and results to
  • leadership and clients. 
  • * Drive continuous improvement through proactive problem solving and process
  • optimization.

  • Leadership & Team Development
  • * Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering engagement,
  • collaboration, and high performance. 
  • * Provide coaching, direction, and support to team members to achieve project
  • objectives. 
  • * Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

  • Stakeholder & Client Management
  • * Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and
  • external partners.
  • * Ensure alignment on project scope, expectations, timelines, and
  • deliverables. 
  • * Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization and
  • influence key stakeholders.

  • Operational Excellence & Innovation
  • * Ensure training processes remain efficient, scalable, and aligned with
  • industry best practices. 
  • * Drive innovation in learning methodologies and training delivery approaches. 
  • * Monitor and analyze program effectiveness, implementing improvements as
  • required.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience & Capability
  • * Bachelor’s degree required. Proven experience in Training & Development. 
  • * Demonstrated experience in project management and delivery. 
  • * Strong background within the automotive industry, particularly supporting
  • vehicle launch programs. 
  • * Experience leading teams and managing people. 
  • * Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent projects in dynamic
  • environments. 
  • * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building
  • skills.
  •  
  • Technical Strength
  • * Knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • * Experience managing external training suppliers and partners is advantageous.
  • * Experience supporting dealer networks, aftersales, sales, or technical
  • automotive training is highly desirable. 
  • * Advanced English desired.
  • * Advanced Spanish desired.
