Estamos em busca de um Técnico de Manutenção para fazer a diferença em nossa operação, garantindo a confiabilidade de equipamentos no Centro de Distribuição e na Fábrica através das melhores práticas do setor. Atuar com foco em Manutenção Preventiva, Corretiva, Preditiva e Melhoria Contínua, assegurando o perfeito funcionamento e a disponibilidade de equipamentos de produção e linhas de separação (picking). Você será peça-chave na aplicação do TPM (Manutenção Autônoma e Planejada) e na capacitação das equipes operacionais. What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network? Executar manutenções preventivas, corretivas e preditivas, além de regulagens mecânicas, parametrizações eletrônicas e setups em equipamentos da fábrica e do CD (ex: celofanadeiras e linhas de picking). Interpretar e atualizar desenhos técnicos, realizando pequenas usinagens, lubrificação e movimentação de equipamentos sempre que necessário. Liderar e aplicar os pilares de Manutenção Autônoma (MA) e Planejada (MP), conduzir análises de causa raiz (RCFA) para falhas recorrentes e disseminar ferramentas como FMEA, LPP, Gestão de Etiquetas e padrões LIL. Atuar como multiplicador técnico para operadores da fábrica e do CD em procedimentos de setup, conservação e 5S. Acompanhar Ordens de Serviço (OS), gerenciar requisições, consumo, recebimento e inventário de peças via SAP. Garantir o cumprimento rigoroso das normas de cGMP (Boas Práticas de Fabricação) e Segurança do Trabalho (SST). Quais os requisitos: Disponibilidade de horário. Técnico completo em Eletromecânica, Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Automação ou áreas correlatas. Desejável experiência atuação em manutenção industrial e/ou Centros de Distribuição. Domínio de programa TPM (Manutenção Autônoma e Planejada) e ferramentas de análise de falhas (RCFA, FMEA, LPP). Leitura de desenho técnico, ajustes mecânicos e eletrônicos, noções de usinagem/lubrificação e uso do sistema SAP (módulo de manutenção e estoque). Diferenciais: Experiência prévia com normas cGMP e certificações na metodologia TPM. #LI-CS2 What will you find here?
