  • This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Operations Lead based in Brazil.
  • This is a hands-on technical operations role focused on turning operational problems into scalable systems, automations, and repeatable processes.
  • You will own projects end to end, from identifying what needs to exist and defining the solution to building, launching, documenting, and embedding it within the organization.
  • The work spans CRM architecture, workflow automation, reporting, integrations, AI-enabled processes, and internal product development.
  • You will operate with significant autonomy, often receiving an outcome or business problem rather than a fully defined specification.
  • The environment is fast-moving and highly asynchronous, with minimal meetings and a strong bias toward practical execution and shipping.
  • You will work across operations, sales, account management, leadership, and development teams to improve how work gets done.
  • The ideal person combines technical curiosity, strong systems thinking, hands-on building ability, and the judgment to make things stick long after launch.

  • Accountabilities
  • Own technical operations projects from problem identification through implementation, adoption, documentation, and ongoing improvement.
  • Translate business problems and desired outcomes into practical systems, workflows, automations, and technical solutions without relying on detailed specifications.
  • Migrate and standardize meeting-booking and website form processes using HubSpot and establish consistent structures across the organization.
  • Architect HubSpot segmentation and CRM structures so reporting, routing, and operational workflows rely on clear and scalable data models.
  • Connect platforms such as Google Search Console, GA4, and Merchant Center with AI tools to automate analysis, reporting, alerts, and insights for client-facing teams.
  • Identify and automate repetitive processes across client account management, sales, partnerships, and joint-venture operations.
  • Improve lead-generation and email workflows by focusing on measurable outcomes such as clicks, replies, engagement, and business impact rather than activity volume alone.
  • Systematize operational processes such as content audits so quality standards become embedded in repeatable workflows rather than dependent on individual effort.
  • Take ownership of the management and development of an existing internal product, including improving its systems and ensuring its continued effectiveness.
  • Write, modify, test, and debug code when required, using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation while maintaining technical quality.
  • Work with APIs, integrations, automation platforms, CRM systems, reporting tools, and internal workflows to build practical solutions.
  • Document systems, workflows, and processes clearly so they can be operated and maintained by others.
  • Drive adoption after implementation, working with stakeholders to ensure new processes become part of normal day-to-day operations.
  • Diagnose systems that are producing inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading results even when no obvious errors are visible.
  • Continuously identify manual, inefficient, fragmented, or unnecessarily repetitive work and determine where systems or automation can create durable improvements.
  • Collaborate directly with operational leadership and other stakeholders while working autonomously and making decisions with limited information.
  • Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience building and implementing operational systems, workflows, automations, integrations, or internal tools that people actively use.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot beyond basic administration, including workflows, integrations, segmentation, CRM architecture, and operational automation.
  • Ability to identify a business problem, determine what should be built, and independently turn the solution into a working system.
  • Practical experience writing, modifying, debugging, or working with real code; AI-assisted development experience is expected.
  • Experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows, tools, or automations that have been used in real production environments.
  • Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify root causes and design practical, scalable solutions.
  • Experience working with automation and integration tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, or comparable platforms is highly relevant.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Looker, Vercel, or similar platforms is an asset.
  • Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies independently without requiring extensive formal training.
  • Strong organizational and project ownership skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and keep projects moving without a traditional backlog.
  • Ability to work effectively with limited supervision, make decisions under uncertainty, and communicate progress clearly in an asynchronous environment.
  • Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills, with an understanding that successful implementation includes making systems maintainable and adoptable.
  • Ability to collaborate directly with sales, account management, operations, leadership, and technical teams.
  • Management experience can be useful, but direct people-management experience is not required.
  • Comfortable working in an environment where AI is an integral part of daily workflows and where experimentation and rapid iteration are encouraged.
  • Available for full-time contract work and able to maintain consistent overlap with the team's working schedule when required.
  • Benefits
  • Full-time contract position.
  • Fully remote work, with the opportunity to work from anywhere.
  • Async-first working environment designed to minimize unnecessary meetings.
  • One standing weekly operations meeting, with additional calls determined by project needs.
  • Significant autonomy and ownership over technical operations initiatives.
  • Opportunity to work directly with senior operational and executive stakeholders.
  • Exposure to a broad technical stack spanning CRM, automation, AI, analytics, APIs, and internal products.
  • Opportunity to build systems from the ground up rather than simply manage predefined specifications.
  • AI-first working environment with regular use of modern AI and coding tools.
  • Compensation of $3,000–$4,500 USD per month, depending on experience.
  • Opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects with visible operational impact.
  • No direct-report management responsibilities, allowing the role to remain focused on hands-on building and implementation.
