MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• * 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming
• languages (e.g., Java, TypeScript, etc.), or 1 year of experience with an
• advanced degree in an industry setting.
• * Experience working with product and engineering teams, and with developing
• large-scale systems with large data processing or UX flows with a lot of
• users.
• * Experience with full stack development, programming, algorithms and
• collaboration with other teams.
• * Ability to communicate in English fluently to interact with local
• stakeholders in this customer-facing role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• * Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• * 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• * Experience in the definition, design and development of risk and compliance

• In this role, you will be able to develop a new product within an organization

• calculating risk and compliance indicators, among others. You will have
• opportunities to work on all parts of the stack and learn the main pieces of
• technologies available at Google, from processing huge amounts of data in a
• reliable and efficient manner, with close interaction with our Product
• Management and UX team. You will also focus on building infrastructure and
• solutions using GenAI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• * Establish and follow software development best practices and an exceptional
• engineering culture.

• * Participate in the definition, design and development of the next generation
• of Alphabet's risk and compliance products.
• * Work with both backend and frontend, learning the main technologies in
• Google's software development stack.
• * Work closely with our UX team to ensure our products reflect product
• excellence and are accessible.
• * Make our team a welcoming team which has respect.
