• Kaya by Chemin Sdn Bhd is looking for detail-oriented contributors based in Latin America to join an upcoming Floor Plan Annotation Project.
• Contributors will review and correct pre-labeled architectural floor plans in Labelbox, identifying elements such as walls, doors, windows, rooms, openings, and stairs.
• Project Details
• Location: Remote – Latin America
• Project period: September 2026
• Platform: Labelbox
• Recommended availability: 5–8 hours per day
• Target accuracy: 95%
• Rate: USD 0.33–0.49 per approved floor plan, depending on annotation volume
• Estimated AHT: Approximately 1–1.5 hours per floor plan
• Handling time may vary depending on the complexity of each floor plan and may decrease as contributors become more familiar with the platform and guidelines.

• Ability to follow technical instructions and meet deadlines

• The training will cover the project guidelines and how to use the client’s annotation platform.
