Accountabilities

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment and a consistent delivery cadence.
  • Write, refine, and prioritize user stories with clarity, focusing on customer and business value.
  • Lead product discovery activities with multidisciplinary teams to identify problems, opportunities, and potential solutions.
  • Facilitate brainstorming and ideation sessions with design and engineering teams.
  • Participate in usability testing and user feedback sessions to validate assumptions and improve product experiences.
  • Validate completed solutions with technical teams before production release, ensuring that outcomes meet product expectations.
  • Maintain and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on customer insights, business priorities, data, and changes in context.
  • Share business context, product vision, and strategic objectives with the team to support informed decision-making.
  • Monitor and interpret operational and product metrics in collaboration with data teams.
  • Document product decisions, discoveries, and learnings to maintain organizational alignment and a clear history of product evolution.
  • Promote effective collaboration between business, customer service, marketing, and product teams.
  • Ensure the team has a clear understanding of product objectives, expected outcomes, and the impact of each delivery.
  • Apply strong product management practices, agile principles, data analysis, and knowledge of fraud-related considerations to product decisions.
  • Drive initiatives focused on customer retention, engagement, and sustainable value creation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital product management, particularly with products focused on customer retention, engagement, and value generation.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and an established product-oriented mindset.
  • Solid experience working within Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret product and operational metrics and translate insights into actionable decisions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect business objectives with technical execution.
  • Experience conducting or supporting product discovery, user research, usability testing, and feedback activities.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize backlogs while balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and changing circumstances.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation, ensuring product decisions and learnings are clearly recorded.
  • Knowledge of fraud-related concepts and their potential impact on digital products.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with project management is desirable.
  • CSPO or PSPO certification is a plus.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Product Management and/or Project Management is desirable.
  • Previous experience managing mobile applications (apps) is a plus, particularly for one of the available positions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with autonomy, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset.
