- issues are resolved before release.
- * Balance speed and quality to deliver sustainable solutions that can be
- maintained, scaled, and improved over time.
- * Define and track learning and delivery KPIs that demonstrate adoption,
- effectiveness, learner experience, operational impact, and squad performance.
- * Use data, user feedback, and business outcomes to evaluate training
- performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- * Turn insights into backlog decisions, product enhancements, and clear
- recommendations for stakeholders.
- * Promote evidence-based decision-making and a test-and-learn approach across
- the learning portfolio.
- * Build trusted relationships with business leaders, customers, functional
- partners, and delivery teams.
- * Align expectations, communicate priorities and delivery status, and make
- dependencies, risks, and decisions visible.
- * Facilitate productive conversations when priorities compete, using business
- value and evidence to guide trade-offs.
- * Influence without relying on formal authority and maintain alignment across a
