• This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Desenvolvedora ServiceNow (Integrações) - Sênior based in Brazil.
• This is a senior technical opportunity focused on building scalable integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications across cloud and on-premises environments. You will design, develop, test, implement, and support integration solutions using APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow capabilities. The role combines hands-on development with architecture-minded problem solving, automation, security, and operational excellence. You will work with real-time synchronization, event-driven integrations, reusable frameworks, and custom APIs to connect critical business systems. The position also involves production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of integration performance. Collaboration with architects, developers, and business stakeholders will be essential to delivering reliable and secure enterprise solutions.

Accountabilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support integrations between ServiceNow and corporate applications, ensuring scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and other native ServiceNow capabilities.
• Build custom APIs and Scripted REST Services within ServiceNow, supporting both inbound and outbound integrations across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Develop reusable integration frameworks, automation components, and server-side JavaScript solutions, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and UI Actions.
• Configure event-driven integrations and real-time synchronization processes, ensuring data consistency and efficient communication between connected systems.
• Implement secure authentication mechanisms and integration patterns using appropriate security standards and best practices.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot incidents, resolve technical issues, and conduct root cause analyses in production and non-production environments.
• Provide production support and collaborate with technical teams to diagnose and resolve complex integration challenges while maintaining service reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and other materials required to support integration solutions.
• Partner with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to define and deliver scalable integration architectures aligned with technical and business requirements.
• Requirements
• Solid professional experience with ServiceNow development, combined with strong hands-on experience designing and developing system integrations.
• Strong practical knowledge of REST APIs and SOAP Web Services, including the development and consumption of enterprise integration services.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Servers, Scripted REST APIs, and custom integration solutions.
• Strong JavaScript development skills, particularly for ServiceNow server-side development and automation.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications across cloud and on-premises environments, with the ability to troubleshoot complex connectivity and data synchronization scenarios.
• Knowledge of secure integration practices and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, Mutual TLS, and API Keys.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate incidents and identify root causes effectively.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Completed undergraduate degree is mandatory.
• Advanced or fluent English is required for professional conversation, including an interview stage conducted in English.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow IntegrationHub Certification, ServiceNow Implementation Certifications, or relevant cloud integration certifications are considered valuable differentiators.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services, AWS, Azure, or GCP integrations, JDBC integrations, data transformation frameworks, CI/CD, DevOps, Enterprise Architecture, and integration patterns is considered an advantage.
• Experience in the Utilities or Energy sector and ITIL Foundation Certification are also desirable.
