Job Function: Data Analytics & Computational Sciences Job Sub Function: Business Intelligence Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: São Paulo, Brazil Job Description: We are searching for the best talent for Leader, Business Impact, Learn J&J office-based, Bogota or Sao Paulo preferred (JJ Flex Hybrid) The Leader, Business Impact, Learn activates the business outcomes and measurement strategy established by the Head, Business Insights & Impact. The role evaluates learning effectiveness and business relevance, translates evidence into actionable insights, and enables program, portfolio, and investment decisions across Learn. Reporting to the Head, Business Insights & Impact, Learn, the Manager partners with Practice Areas, Learn Councils, and business and regional stakeholders to define success measures, evaluate outcomes, and identify opportunities to strengthen learning impact. The Manager owns measurement requirements, evaluation, analysis, insights, and reporting for Learn, partnering with HR Digital and technology teams that own the enabling platforms, data infrastructure, pipelines, and technical solutions. This role is based in Bogota or Sao Paulo; hybrid work Execute the Business Outcomes Strategy · Translate the Head’s business outcomes strategy, measurement frameworks, and priorities into practical workplans, evaluation approaches, and reporting routines. · Apply consistent outcome definitions, measures, and methods across learning programs and portfolios. · Advance the business outcomes roadmap by identifying gaps and dependencies, escalating key decisions, and strengthening measurement capability across Learn. Define Measures and Evaluation Approaches · Partner with Practice Areas and program owners to define intended outcomes, success measures, and evaluation approaches at the outset of program design. · Design fit-for-purpose evaluations that combine quantitative and qualitative evidence to assess learning effectiveness, capability growth, behavior change, adoption, and business relevance. · Establish practical measurement guidance and evidence standards that distinguish demonstrated outcomes from correlation, contribution, assumptions, and areas requiring further evaluation. Analyze Learning Effectiveness and Business Impact · Integrate learning, talent, workforce, stakeholder, and business evidence to evaluate program effectiveness and portfolio performance against defined success measures. · Identify trends, performance drivers, gaps, emerging risks, and opportunities to improve, scale, consolidate, or stop learning solutions. · Translate complex analysis into clear findings, implications, and recommendations for program owners, Practice Areas, and Learn leadership. Translate Evidence into Insights and Decision Tools · Develop executive-ready scorecards, reports, insights, and impact narratives that provide an integrated view of learning effectiveness, business relevance, and portfolio performance. · Define measures, business requirements, and decision use cases for dashboards and recurring reports, partnering with HR Digital and technology teams to enable scalable solutions. · Validate that reporting outputs accurately reflect agreed measures and clearly communicate what the evidence means, why it matters, and where action is needed. Enable Portfolio and Program Decisions Provide evidence-based recommendations for program improvements, portfolio reviews, annual planning, and investment decisions. Help portfolio owners evaluate trade-offs and direct resources toward learning solutions with the greatest potential for business impact. Track agreed actions, assess whether changes produce intended outcomes, and surface insights or risks requiring leadership attention. Manage Stakeholder Delivery and Ways of Working · Manage the end-to-end delivery of business outcomes work across multiple programs and stakeholders, establishing clear roles, timelines, quality standards, and escalation paths. · Build strong partnerships across Practice Areas, Learn Councils, business and regional stakeholders, HR Digital, analytics teams, and technology partners. · Build the capability of Learn teams to define meaningful measures, interpret evidence, and use insights consistently to strengthen decisions and outcomes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, with 5+ years of experience in learning measurement, program evaluation, organizational effectiveness, business insights, analytics, or a related field. Demonstrated experience defining success measures, evaluating program or business outcomes, and translating quantitative and qualitative evidence into executive-ready insights and recommendations. Strong consulting, project management, collaboration, and influencing skills, with experience partnering across business, Digital, analytics, and technology teams in a global matrixed environment. Experience developing outcome-focused scorecards, reports, and impact narratives for senior stakeholders. Experience using data visualization, analytical, and artificial intelligence tools to strengthen analysis, insight generation, reporting, and productivity. Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and ways of working to meet evolving business needs. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in learning, organizational development, analytics, business, or a related discipline. Experience evaluating enterprise learning, talent, leadership, or capability-building initiatives in a large global organization. Experience with program evaluation methods, statistical analysis, qualitative research, data storytelling, and enterprise portfolio or investment reviews. Other Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
