Education & Competencies Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferably from the 2nd year onwards). Intern, Indirect Procurement Support the Indirect Procurement team in daily operational activities and procurement processes. Assist with supplier onboarding, registration, and maintenance in corporate systems. Validate supplier documentation, banking details, tax information, and compliance requirements. Monitor purchase requisitions and approval workflows to ensure process adherence. Conduct follow-ups with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support timely execution of requests and deliveries. Identify and help resolve supplier data discrepancies, contributing to operational efficiency and risk mitigation. Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure supplier data accuracy and regulatory compliance. Support the preparation of reports, KPIs, dashboards, and management presentations. Contribute to spend analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement effectiveness. Maintain accurate procurement records and support data quality governance.Has working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or limited work experience. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
