  • Role Purpose
  • This role is responsible for developing, delivering, and continuously improving
  • technical training programs for dealership networks and internal teams, with a
  • strong focus on automotive diagnostics, vehicle systems, and electrification
  • technologies. 
  • The position serves as a subject matter expert, ensuring technical capability,
  • safety awareness, and service excellence across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Technical Training Delivery
  • * Plan, prepare, and facilitate technical training sessions in both classroom
  • and virtual environments. 
  • * Act as a technical authority in advanced automotive diagnostics, fault
  • analysis, system troubleshooting, and repair methodologies. 
  • * Deliver training programs covering conventional, hybrid, and electric
  • vehicles while ensuring alignment with quality, performance, and customer
  • service standards.
  • * Conduct specialized training on Eletric Vehicle architecture, high-voltage
  • systems, Eletric Vehicle safety procedures, and diagnosis and maintenance of
  • electrical components.

  • Content Development & Continuous Improvement
  • * Develop, review, and update technical learning materials including
  • presentations, manuals, guides, videos, and digital content. 
  • * Adapt technical content for different audiences, including technicians,
  • service advisors, trainers, and leadership teams. 
  • * Ensure training programs remain aligned with brand standards, industry best
  • practices, and emerging automotive technologies. 
  • * Support continuous improvement initiatives through learner feedback, training
  • metrics, and evolving business requirements.

  • Stakeholder Support & Technical Expertise
  • * Provide technical guidance to internal teams and dealer networks. 
  • * Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and
  • training priorities. 
  • * Promote safe working practices, particularly in high-voltage and electrified
  • vehicle environments. 
  • * Support knowledge sharing and technical excellence across the organization.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience & Capability
  • * Technical diploma or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive
  • Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. 
  • * Proven experience in advanced automotive diagnostics and fault-finding. 
  • * Previous experience gained within automotive manufacturers, dealerships,
  • technical training organizations, or related environments. 
  • * Experience as a Technical Trainer, Technical Specialist, Field Support
  • Engineer, or equivalent role. Availability to travel as required.
  •  
  • Technical Strength
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostic methodologies. Solid
  • knowledge of electric and hybrid vehicle technology, including high-voltage
  • systems and safety procedures. Ability to develop and deliver engaging technical
  • training programs. Familiarity with manufacturer diagnostic platforms and
  • service tools. Advanced English is desirable.
