- Role Purpose
- This role is responsible for developing, delivering, and continuously improving
- technical training programs for dealership networks and internal teams, with a
- strong focus on automotive diagnostics, vehicle systems, and electrification
- technologies.
- The position serves as a subject matter expert, ensuring technical capability,
- safety awareness, and service excellence across the organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Technical Training Delivery
- * Plan, prepare, and facilitate technical training sessions in both classroom
- and virtual environments.
- * Act as a technical authority in advanced automotive diagnostics, fault
- analysis, system troubleshooting, and repair methodologies.
- * Deliver training programs covering conventional, hybrid, and electric
- vehicles while ensuring alignment with quality, performance, and customer
- service standards.
- * Conduct specialized training on Eletric Vehicle architecture, high-voltage
- systems, Eletric Vehicle safety procedures, and diagnosis and maintenance of
- electrical components.
- Content Development & Continuous Improvement
- * Develop, review, and update technical learning materials including
- presentations, manuals, guides, videos, and digital content.
- * Adapt technical content for different audiences, including technicians,
- service advisors, trainers, and leadership teams.
- * Ensure training programs remain aligned with brand standards, industry best
- practices, and emerging automotive technologies.
- * Support continuous improvement initiatives through learner feedback, training
- metrics, and evolving business requirements.
- Stakeholder Support & Technical Expertise
- * Provide technical guidance to internal teams and dealer networks.
- * Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and
- training priorities.
- * Promote safe working practices, particularly in high-voltage and electrified
- vehicle environments.
- * Support knowledge sharing and technical excellence across the organization.
Candidate Profile
- Experience & Capability
- * Technical diploma or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive
- Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- * Proven experience in advanced automotive diagnostics and fault-finding.
- * Previous experience gained within automotive manufacturers, dealerships,
- technical training organizations, or related environments.
- * Experience as a Technical Trainer, Technical Specialist, Field Support
- Engineer, or equivalent role. Availability to travel as required.
- Technical Strength
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostic methodologies. Solid
- knowledge of electric and hybrid vehicle technology, including high-voltage
- systems and safety procedures. Ability to develop and deliver engaging technical
- training programs. Familiarity with manufacturer diagnostic platforms and
- service tools. Advanced English is desirable.

- committed to continuous learning. Ability to engage diverse technical audiences

- Working scheme: remote - travel may be necessary
- Contract: Indefinite period
