• Role Overview
• We are looking for experienced healthcare operations professionals with hands-on knowledge of EHR systems, clinical documentation, billing, coding, prior authorizations, or related healthcare workflows. The role involves completing structured tasks within healthcare applications and evaluating whether AI-generated actions and outputs are accurate, realistic, and aligned with how these systems are used in practice. No prior AI experience is required.
• CONTRACT: Contractor assignment
• COMMITMENT: Subject to minimum weekly task submissions
• LOCATIONS: Remote, GLOBAL
• HOURLY RATE: $50-$200/h
• Responsibilities
• Complete structured tasks within healthcare applications and digital workflows.
• Work with platforms such as Epic, MyChart, Meditech, Athena, CoverMyMeds, 3M CodeFinder, HealthEquity, and Lifeline.
• Evaluate AI-generated actions and outputs for accuracy and realism.
• Apply practical knowledge of patient records, documentation, billing, coding, and prior-authorization workflows.
• Identify incorrect, incomplete, or unrealistic system interactions.
• Provide detailed annotations and structured feedback according to project guidelines.
• Assess whether workflows reflect real-world healthcare operations and system usage.
• Collaborate with the project team and incorporate feedback when needed.
• Deliver assigned work according to established quality and timeline expectations.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in healthcare administration, clinical documentation, medical billing/coding, or a closely related healthcare role.
• Direct professional experience with at least one EHR or healthcare platform such as Epic, Meditech, Athena, MyChart, or CoverMyMeds.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows such as patient records, billing cycles, coding, prior authorizations, or clinical documentation.
• Ability to evaluate whether healthcare-system workflows are accurate and practically realistic.
• Experience working with structured healthcare data or digital patient-management systems.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
