Principais Responsabilidades Auxiliar no registro de notas fiscais de serviço e mercadoria, onde deverá anexar a nota no lançamento fiscal relacionado ao recebimento integrado - RI; Auxiliar que toda a NF de Material Nacional seja corretamente agendada no Portal de Agendamentos com seu devido XML; Dar suporte aos usuários do Portal de Agendamento, orientando, tirando dúvidas, e auxiliando na manutenção dos cadastros quando necessário para a correta utilização e com isso a eficácia da ferramenta; Auxiliar no gerenciamento do portal de Agendamento – Barueri; Qualificações Cursando Superior em Ciências Contábeis ou Administração de Empresas; Inglês básico.
