• This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Diretor(a) de Arte (freelancer) based in Brazil.
• This freelance opportunity is ideal for a creative professional who combines strong visual execution with speed, organization, and attention to detail.
• You will create a variety of digital and presentation assets while maintaining visual consistency with established brand guidelines.
• The role covers everything from banners and invitations to video thumbnails, communications, and PowerPoint presentations.
• You will also contribute to basic video editing, including cuts, lettering, and opening and closing cards.
• The environment is fast-paced and project-based, requiring autonomy and the ability to manage varied creative requests.
• You will work remotely while collaborating closely with the team to clarify briefs, align expectations, and meet deadlines.
• The initial engagement is for two months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.

• Accountabilities
• Create layouts, visual compositions, and communication assets aligned with the client's established visual identity.
• Perform basic video editing, including simple cuts, lettering, and opening and closing cards.
• Design artwork for invitations, emails, general communications, and banners across different formats and purposes.
• Develop video covers and thumbnails that are visually engaging and consistent with the relevant brand.
• Create organized, visually consistent PowerPoint presentation layouts with clear hierarchy and brand alignment.
• Apply sound principles of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency across deliverables.
• Manage multiple creative requests efficiently while meeting agreed deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Communicate proactively with the responsible team to clarify briefs, align deliverables, and resolve questions throughout the project.
• Requirements
• Previous experience as a Designer, Art Director, or similar creative professional, preferably supporting agency or client-facing environments.
• Experience with basic video editing, including cuts, lettering, and opening/finalization cards; familiarity with Premiere or After Effects is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for creating visual assets, artwork, and banners.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and the ability to build polished, well-organized presentation layouts.
• Good understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand application.
• Strong organizational skills and autonomy when handling varied creative demands within a short-term project.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising visual quality.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to clarifying briefs, requirements, and deadlines.
• Experience working in an agency environment with high-volume client demands and tight deadlines is a plus.
• Portfolio link is mandatory in the application. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
