• This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Sênior de Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Especialista em Integração based in Brazil.
• This is a senior technical role focused on designing and implementing scalable solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• You will act as a key technical reference, translating complex business, data, security, privacy, and performance requirements into practical platform solutions.
• The role combines hands-on development with technical design, integration, troubleshooting, and delivery leadership.
• You will build connections between AEP and enterprise data, analytics, marketing, and activation platforms using APIs, SDKs, connectors, batch, and streaming patterns.
• You will collaborate with architects, developers, Product Owners, data engineers, and other specialists within a global technology delivery environment.
• The position also provides opportunities to mentor other engineers, establish technical standards, and influence the quality and scalability of AEP implementations.
• While senior in scope, the role remains strongly hands-on and does not carry primary project-management responsibility.

Accountabilities

• Lead the technical design and hands-on implementation of Adobe Experience Platform capabilities, including data ingestion, modeling, identity, profiles, audiences, destinations, and activation.
• Design and develop integrations between AEP and enterprise source, analytics, marketing, and activation platforms using supported APIs, SDKs, connectors, batch processing, and real-time streaming patterns.
• Translate business, data, security, privacy, and performance requirements into solution designs, configuration decisions, technical specifications, and implementation tasks.
• Establish and apply standards for schemas, datasets, namespaces, identity resolution, profile enablement, data quality, governance, monitoring, and error handling.
• Partner with architects and development leads to assess dependencies, resolve complex technical challenges, and align implementations with broader Adobe architecture and delivery roadmaps.
• Provide technical guidance, design reviews, and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers working with AEP, Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Conduct or support code reviews, testing, deployment preparation, technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and controlled promotion across development, testing, and production environments.
• Produce solution designs, data mappings, interface specifications, implementation documentation, and technical troubleshooting guidance.
• Collaborate with distributed teams during U.S. Eastern Time business hours and provide limited release support when required for major deployments.
• Promote secure, scalable, observable, and maintainable integration practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Requirements
• More than 7 years of professional experience delivering enterprise data, MarTech, integration, or customer-experience platform solutions, including significant hands-on Adobe Experience Platform implementation experience.
• Deep practical expertise with Adobe Experience Platform, including Experience Data Model (XDM), schemas, datasets, data ingestion, identity services, Real-Time Customer Profile, audiences, destinations, and data governance.
• Proven experience designing and building AEP integrations using APIs, SDKs, connectors, batch ingestion, and real-time streaming patterns.
• Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Real-Time CDP and at least one related capability, such as Adobe Journey Optimizer or Customer Journey Analytics.
• Strong understanding of customer data architecture, identity resolution, consent and privacy controls, data quality, observability, and secure integration practices.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical workstreams or serving as a senior developer/integration specialist on complex, multi-team implementations.
• Strong ability to create solution designs, data mappings, interface specifications, technical documentation, and implementation guidance.
• Experience collaborating with architects, Product Owners, development leads, data engineers, security and privacy stakeholders, and geographically distributed teams.
• Proficiency with Git-based development practices, testing, release controls, and collaborative software delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Adobe certification related to AEP, Real-Time CDP, or Adobe Journey Optimizer is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical dependencies and make sound design decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide technical mentorship while remaining accountable for hands-on delivery.
• Availability to collaborate during U.S. Eastern Time business hours and provide limited support during major releases when required.
