• This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Fullstack SR (C# / React) based in Brazil.
• As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will build and evolve scalable digital solutions using C#/.NET on the backend and React on the frontend. You will contribute across the full software lifecycle, from API and interface development to data modeling, testing, security, observability, and performance. The role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated SaaS solutions where reliability, maintainability, and user experience are critical. You will collaborate closely with Product, QA, UX, and engineering teams in an agile environment. Your technical judgment and ownership will help establish strong engineering practices and accelerate continuous delivery. You will also have the opportunity to apply artificial intelligence, automation, and modern developer tooling to improve software development and engineering productivity.

Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using C#, .NET, and .NET Core, applying principles such as SOLID, Clean Architecture, and Clean Code.
• Build and maintain scalable, accessible, and responsive React interfaces using Hooks, Context, global state management, and preferably TypeScript.
• Model data and implement efficient queries across relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MySQL, as well as NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB and DynamoDB.
• Ensure software quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, continuous integration, code reviews, and disciplined engineering practices.
• Implement and maintain application security practices covering authentication, authorization, API security, and OWASP Top 10 considerations.
• Improve application performance and reliability through caching, observability, structured logging, metrics, tracing, and proactive troubleshooting.
• Contribute to scalable architectures involving messaging, distributed systems, and technologies such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Participate actively in architecture, design, and code reviews while helping establish and disseminate engineering standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and UX teams throughout discovery, development, and continuous delivery using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Explore and apply AI-assisted development approaches, including development agents, effective prompting, modern IDEs, and automation to enhance software engineering quality and productivity.

Requirements

• Professional experience developing both backend solutions with C#/.NET and frontend applications with React, with strong proficiency across the fullstack.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API versioning, external service integrations, and modern service-oriented application development.
• Practical experience with .NET Core, dependency injection, middleware, and HTTP pipelines.
• Hands-on experience using Docker for building, distributing, and running applications across different environments.
• Proven experience with SQL databases, including relational data modeling and query optimization, alongside practical knowledge of NoSQL technologies.
• Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and continuous integration using platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with scalable architectures, caching, messaging systems, observability, and production-grade engineering practices.
• Experience developing or using software engineering agents and AI-assisted development tools, with practical knowledge of modern approaches to AI-applied development.
• Familiarity with tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or comparable AI-enabled development environments.
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, accountability, and a clear ownership mindset when driving technical work.
• Degree in progress in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technology field.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core, Dapper, or comparable ORM technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and modern React ecosystem technologies such as Next.js, React Query, and Redux Toolkit is advantageous.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as Terraform, Kubernetes, API security technologies such as OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT, feature flags, or blue/green and canary deployments is considered a plus.
• Contributions to technical communities, engineering articles, or open-source projects are also valued.
