  • As a Coordenador(a) de Planejamento, you will lead the Revenue Planning function and play a key role in driving predictable, sustainable revenue growth. You will connect commercial intelligence, planning, and operations to strengthen decision-making across the revenue organization. The role combines people leadership with hands-on work in forecasting, pipeline analysis, retention, expansion, and strategic planning. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, helping commercial leaders identify risks, opportunities, and paths to growth. You will also contribute to the evolution of analytics through AI and automation while ensuring strong data quality and governance. Accountabilities

  • Lead, develop, and engage the Revenue Planning team, coordinating professionals across different seniority levels while establishing priorities, monitoring deliverables, conducting 1:1s, and maintaining effective team routines and feedback cycles.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new planning talent while building development paths that strengthen the team’s technical capabilities, analytical skills, and business understanding.
  • Build and maintain revenue forecasting models and pipeline health analyses, establishing clear assumptions, monitoring forecast accuracy, and providing reliable projections for commercial leadership.
  • Consolidate pipeline insights across stages, conversion rates, and sales velocity, identifying risks and opportunities and supporting monthly and quarterly closing cycles through gap-to-target analysis.
  • Develop churn and expansion intelligence by identifying risk signals, behavioral patterns, and opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, translating findings into actionable recommendations for Sales, Customer Success, and leadership.
  • Evolve the team’s analytics capabilities by incorporating AI and automation into commercial analysis, improving data coverage, standardization, quality, and governance.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that make commercial information accessible, reliable, and actionable for key stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial planning cycles, including target setting, capacity planning, territory and segmentation decisions, and allocation of commercial resources and efforts.
  • Translate revenue strategy into clear operational plans with defined assumptions, scenarios, execution monitoring, and performance follow-up.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of commercial processes, tools, CRM routines, cadences, and data governance while acting as a strategic bridge between Revenue Planning, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Solid professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Planning, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Intelligence.
  • Previous experience leading or coordinating teams, either through formal people management or as a technical reference for squads and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset, with the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations and support strategic commercial decisions.
  • Experience working with forecasting, pipeline analysis, revenue planning, commercial KPIs, and performance monitoring is highly valued.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to connect commercial, operational, financial, and analytical perspectives.
  • Ability to balance hands-on analytical work with team leadership, strategic planning, prioritization, and execution.
  • Experience in technology or SaaS companies, particularly within structured Revenue Operations environments, is a plus.
  • Previous experience implementing forecasting and planning routines from the ground up is desirable.
  • Practical experience with AI applied to commercial data and analytics is an advantage.
