• A CSE is a Senior Engineer, part of an elite team, who acts as an architect and
• advisor to the field engineering and accounts teams. As a CSE you will engage in
• large deals across a range of industries by providing expert advice on the
• design, architecture and implementation of solutions that best meet the specific
• customer’s needs. You will work alongside peer field engineers, account teams,
• and channel partners that may be involved, throughout the sales process. The CSE
• is expected to shape the positive outcome of customer engagements such as
• presentations, meetings, demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) activities.
