I’m looking to hire a Brazilian virtual personal assistant to help with personal tasks, fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English. My goal is to build a long-term relationship with someone fast and skilled. Must have past experience as a virtual assistant. For ongoing work up to 20 hours/week. I am in Brazil time, but much of the work can be done asynchronously. Phone calls to Brazilian businesses need to be done during Brazil work hours. OBJECTIVE - Manage every aspect of my personal life, including the home, social activities, health, fitness, communications, finance, time management, errands, travel, etc. - Manage email - Manage calendar and scheduling - Make phone calls - Locate & vet personnel, overseeing personnel such as contractors to complete tasks - Store medical records - Improve the different aspects of the personal life over time - Track KPI's for assistance work - Ability to use or learn to use various software tools for managing the personal life - Ability to work fast - Ability to be proactive - Ability to stay available on Slack and our voice message app to receive directions Sample tasks are as follows: - Set and manage appointments (doctor, personal, wellness, etc.) - Coordinate social events and reservations (dinners, parties, activities) - Handle online shopping - Oversee home maintenance and coordinate repairs with vendors - Manage weekly household tasks and supplies restocking - Research personal purchases, services, and solutions - Assist with travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries) - Track birthdays & anniversaries, send gifts/cards   HOW TO APPLY: If you have past experience as a virtual assistant and know you’re fit for the job, please send a proposal with your most competitive hourly rate and short summary of what makes you great at being a virtual assistant.
