  • Job responsibilities
  • * Responsible for the integrity of the Brazil Payments financial statements.
  • Managing the month end / quarter end close process for Payments products
  • ensuring appropriate reporting of financials and regulatory reports
  • * Partnership with Product managers, P&A and Business Managers to develop a
  • strong understanding of the products and how their activities translate into
  • financial results to enable the implementation and maintenance of a strong
  • control environment. 
  • * Drive control developments and efforts to ensure safety and sound control
  • environment, continuously identifying automation opportunities, process
  • improvements and efficiencies
  • * Active participate in projects and initiatives impacting the business to
  • ensure that product changes and expansion are properly implemented from a
  • controllership and MIS perspective.
  • * Promote strong relationship across finance teams both within the region and
  • globally to ensure effective inter location partnerships and the sharing of
  • best practices.
  • * Create culture in the team by influencing and empowering people to think and
  • act strategically to support Brazil Payments business goals
  • * Manage a team seating in different locations, acting as a Team Leader,
  • communicating clear and transparent to the team, senior management, main
  • stakeholders. Create a safe work environment, attract talent people, work in
  • career path and succession plan for the group. 
  •  
  • Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • * Professional qualification on Accounting or Business Administration.
  • * 10+ years of financial experience 
  • * Able to take ownership and act as leader. Management skills is required.
  • * Excellent communication and English skills together
  •  
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • * Spanish Language is a plus 
  • * Familiarity with Digital tools
  • * Flexibility to accommodate different challenges people and business related
  • * Enthusiastic, highly motivated and effective under tight timeframes and
  • pressure
