As Assistant Gym Manager, you'll help drive the success of the club by

• * Creating exceptional experiences for members and guests
• * Building genuine relationships that promote long-term member retention
• * Supporting membership growth through outreach, referrals, and community engagement
• * Collaborating with team members to achieve club goals
• * Maintaining an impressively tidy, welcoming, and high-energy facility
• * Assisting with operations, phone calls, and cleaning on a daily basis
• * Helping execute initiatives that improve member results and satisfaction and overall club growth

• QUALIFICATIONS

• * Leadership, customer service, sales, hospitality, or fitness experience preferred
