• * Apoiar a gestão das áreas de Contabilidade e Finanças, garantindo a
• eficiência dos processos e a conformidade com políticas e procedimentos
• internos.
• * Liderar e desenvolver a equipe contábil, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo,
• de alto desempenho e melhoria contínua.
• * Supervisionar auditorias internas, externas e regulatórias, assegurando o
• atendimento às exigências legais e corporativas.
• * Coordenar processos de fechamento contábil, conciliações, análises de balanço
• e demonstrações financeiras.
• * Garantir a precisão, qualidade e pontualidade dos relatórios financeiros e
• gerenciais.
• * Monitorar tributos, obrigações fiscais e requisitos regulatórios, assegurando
• conformidade com a legislação vigente.
• * Analisar resultados financeiros, indicadores, orçamento e forecast, apoiando
• a tomada de decisões estratégicas.
• * Assegurar a efetividade dos controles internos, gestão de riscos e proteção
• dos ativos da empresa.
• * Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e implementar ações para otimização de
• processos contábeis e financeiros.
• * Atuar como parceiro de negócios, fornecendo suporte analítico e orientação
• financeira às áreas operacionais e à liderança.
• * Utilizar sistemas e ferramentas financeiras para automatizar processos, gerar
• relatórios e aumentar a eficiência operacional.
• * Acompanhar metas financeiras e operacionais, contribuindo para o alcance dos
• resultados e da rentabilidade do negócio.
• * Assessorar o Diretor de Finanças em questões contábeis, financeiras e
• operacionais, garantindo informações claras e confiáveis para a gestão.

• Qualificações da vaga: 

• * Graduação em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas
• correlatas.
• * Experiência em Controladoria, Contabilidade ou Finanças, preferencialmente no
• segmento hoteleiro.
• * Conhecimento de sistemas de gestão hoteleira e financeira, como Opera, SUN,
• PeopleSoft e BirchStreet.
• * Sólidos conhecimentos em fechamento contábil mensal, DRE, Budget, Forecast,
• auditoria e controles internos.
• * Conhecimento dos processos de almoxarifado, recebimento e controle de
• estoques.
• * Forte capacidade analítica, organização e atenção aos detalhes.
• * Habilidade para liderança, desenvolvimento de equipes e relacionamento
• interpessoal.
• * Inglês avançado.
