Missão do cargo Com supervisão intensa, realizar cotações pós de acordo com o fluxo diário de cirurgias Responsabilidades Realizar a pré conferência e edição de pedidos de vendas de acordo com preço acordado previamente e produtos consumidos em cirurgia. Monitorar/ recepcionar/ agendar os pedidos do departamento comercial e solicitações de clientes externos (hospitais, convênios e pacientes particulares) Contribuir com a implantação de normas e procedimentos para todos os processos da área; Realizar o processo de administração e controle de solicitações de faturamento; Acompanhar solicitações e reclamações dos clientes e reporta-las ao seu líder e/ou SAC; Interagir com a equipe de vendas interna e externa visando o esclarecimento de dúvidas referente às solicitações/ materiais utilizados/ valores acordados. Qualificação requerida Formação educacional: Ensino Médio Completo Conhecimentos: pacote office, procedimentos e controles administrativos, atendimento à clientes e Totvs/Protheus.
