Responsibilities

• 1) Operating Machine or Equipment: Operate various equipment and machines,
• adjusting one or more variables to achieve efficiency.
• 2) Equipment Maintenance and Repair : Help to maintain and repair equipment and
• appliances by carrying out preparations and providing assistance while following
• strict, detailed instructions.
• 3) Operations Management: Carry out operational tasks by following established
• processes. Involves working within given settings or parameters.
• 4) Quality Assurance: Perform relatively simple quality sampling and inspection
• of products or processes (or both).
• 5) Work Scheduling and Allocation: Work according to an assigned schedule.
• 6) Operational Compliance: Follow a straightforward mandatory procedure to
• ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to
• ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
• 7) Health, Safety, and Environment: Follow a range of mandatory work
• instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to
• safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others.
• 8) Personal Capability Building: Develop and maintain excellent skills by
• participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as
• formal and informal training and coaching.

• Educational Requirements: Lower Secondary School

• General Experience Requirement: Experienced practitioner able to work
• unsupervised (13 months to 3 years)
