• This is a senior finance opportunity for a professional who can operate across treasury, controlling, and accounting while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and business impact. You will take ownership of cash management, financial closing routines, reconciliations, and accounts payable in a dynamic environment. The role also involves consolidating financial information, supporting external audits, and producing management reports that enable better decision-making. A key part of the position will be improving and automating financial processes to strengthen controls and support scalable growth. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external accounting partners, requiring autonomy, organization, and strong analytical judgment. This is a fully remote opportunity suited to someone who enjoys combining operational execution with continuous process improvement.

Accountabilities

• Manage treasury routines, including daily cash control, cash-flow projections, liquidity management, and banking transactions.
• Own the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, from document verification through the monitoring and execution of domestic and international payments.
• Perform rigorous bank and financial reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial records.
• Lead monthly financial closing activities, including balance analysis, validations, and direct support to controlling processes.
• Work closely with external accounting partners to ensure transactions are correctly recorded and financial statements maintain a high level of quality.
• Prepare management reports covering cash flow, financial position, and key indicators, translating financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Support external audits by organizing documentation, evidence, explanations, and technical information efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize financial processes, mapping operational gaps and strengthening internal controls.
• Monitor multiple priorities and proactively identify financial risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance operations while maintaining strong standards of accuracy, organization, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid professional experience in Treasury and Controlling.
• Proven experience with cash-flow management, Accounts Payable, financial reconciliations, financial closing, and financial statements.
• Advanced Excel skills and professional English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with a structured and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and changing demands.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across high-volume financial processes.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working across finance, accounting, and other business functions.
• Experience in fintechs, financial institutions, or technology companies is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial ERP systems and process automation tools is desirable.
