Job Description Modelo de trabalho Presencial: Esta posição exige que você trabalhe presencialmente todos os dias da semana A posição Atuar como ponto focal de RH na planta de São Caetano do Sul, garantindo suporte presencial a empregados e lideranças, atendimento ágil às demandas locais e integração com os times centralizados para uma experiência consistente e eficiente. O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades): Atuar como ponto focal de RH presencial na planta, garantindo suporte diário a empregados, lideranças e parceiros internos. Conduzir e apoiar presencialmente processos de onboarding, offboarding e demais etapas da jornada do colaborador. Realizar atendimento local, orientação aos empregados e acompanhamento de demandas que exijam rápida resposta e atuação no site. Apoiar atividades operacionais, documentais e trabalhistas que demandem presença física e interação direta com a operação. Dar suporte à realização de treinamentos, eventos e outras iniciativas presenciais da unidade. Trabalhar em parceria com PSC, COEs e People Operations, assegurando a conexão entre as necessidades da planta e os processos corporativos. Localidade: São Caetano do Sul/SP Suas habilidades e competências (qualificações obrigatórias): Formação superior completa em Administração de Empresas, Recursos Humanos, Direito ou áreas correlatas. Inglês mínimo intermediário Conhecimentos avançados de Excel Experiência em Operações de RH, Shared Services, People Services ou áreas correlatas. Vivência com processos da jornada do empregado, especialmente onboarding, offboarding e atendimento ao colaborador. Capacidade de atuar em interface com equipes centralizadas e áreas especialistas, garantindo agilidade e qualidade no atendimento. Conhecimento de ferramentas e processos corporativos de RH. Experiência em ambiente industrial ou em funções com forte atuação presencial será considerada um diferencial. O que pode lhe dar um diferencial competitivo (qualificações desejáveis): Forte orientação ao atendimento, com excelente comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal. Perfil hands-on, organizado e proativo, com autonomia, senso de urgência e capacidade de priorização. Experiência em RH Field, suporte in-country ou atendimento a operações industriais. Capacidade de atuar presencialmente junto à operação, garantindo confidencialidade, alinhamento aos processos e foco na resolução de problemas e melhoria contínua.
