- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Legalização based in Brazil.
- This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely execution of corporate legalization processes across Brazil.
- You will manage company openings, amendments, closures, licensing, permits, and regulatory procedures with different public authorities.
- The position combines operational execution, document analysis, customer support, compliance, and process improvement.
- You will monitor protocols, deadlines, requirements, and pending items to keep processes progressing within established SLAs.
- The role also involves identifying inconsistencies, resolving critical cases, and implementing actions to reduce recurring errors.
- You will contribute to process standardization, documentation, auditing, and the use of technology to improve operational efficiency.

- Accountabilities
- Execute company incorporation, contractual amendments, and company closure processes with commercial registries, notary offices, the OAB, Federal Revenue authorities, municipalities, and other public entities throughout Brazil.
- Manage municipal and state licensing processes, including permits, operating licenses, and other regulatory authorizations.
- Provide customers with clear guidance and support regarding legalization, licensing, documentation, requirements, and process status.
- Monitor protocols, deadlines, requirements, pending items, and SLAs to ensure processes move forward efficiently and within established timelines.
- Review corporate documents and submitted information, identifying inconsistencies and coordinating or performing the necessary corrections.
- Register and maintain accurate process information in internal systems, ensuring organization, traceability, and reliable documentation.
- Handle critical or complex legalization cases, investigating issues and coordinating appropriate solutions to maintain quality and continuity.
- Identify recurring process failures and contribute to corrective and preventive actions aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Support the mapping, documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of legalization processes and procedures.
- Contribute to quality initiatives using tools and methodologies such as PDCA, 5 Whys, checklists, and process indicators.
- Support internal or external audits and help assess regulatory impacts, process performance, and opportunities for improvement.
- Requirements
- Ongoing bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional experience executing company incorporation, contractual amendment, and company closure processes.
- Experience communicating with and submitting processes to public authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Intermediate knowledge of legislation and regulations applicable to corporate legalization processes.
- Experience preparing or analyzing corporate documents and agreements, including minutes, bylaws, articles of association, and other corporate instruments.
- Analytical experience with corporate legalization processes, including the ability to identify inconsistencies, assess impacts, and resolve issues.
- Knowledge of regulatory impact analysis and the ability to understand how legislative or regulatory changes may affect processes.
- Basic knowledge of holding company incorporation and amendment processes.
- Basic knowledge of CNAE classification and its application in corporate registration and regulatory processes.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools.
- Basic knowledge of quality methodologies such as PDCA, 5 Whys, and verification checklists.
- Basic understanding of data creation and analysis, internal and external audits, and operational indicators such as NPS, CSAT, TMA, and TME.
- Basic familiarity with technology-enabled process improvement, including AI and RPA solutions.
- Basic understanding of process mapping, documentation, improvement identification, standard operating procedures, and flowcharts.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously.
