- Accountabilities
- Update legal systems and ensure case information and procedural records remain accurate and current.
- Monitor and follow up on supporting documentation and case-related information required for litigation.
- Request and track compliance with obligations to do or perform specific actions, ensuring deadlines and requirements are properly monitored.
- Request, coordinate, and follow up on legal payments and related administrative processes.
- Draft judicial and administrative defenses, appeals, settlement agreements, and other procedural documents.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously in a high-volume litigation environment, maintaining accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient case progression and resolution.
- Contribute to a professional, collaborative, and continuously improving legal environment.
- Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with professional experience in a law firm environment.
- Mandatory experience as a lawyer handling high-volume litigation.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in Banking Law and related litigation matters.
- Experience preparing judicial and administrative defenses, appeals, settlement drafts, and other procedural filings.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive, resilient, dynamic, and responsible approach to legal work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to procedural accuracy.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute actively to team objectives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
- Postgraduate studies in Civil Procedure are desirable.
- Professional registration with the relevant Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) is expected for the role.
- Availability to work remotely while being based in Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, or Paraná.
