• About the Role

• The Accountant Analyst is responsible for supporting General Accounting activities, Fixed Assets management, statutory reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory and US GAAP requirements, support for audits and internal controls, and the delivery of reliable financial information to internal stakeholders.

• Responsibilities

• * Manage General Ledger activities, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records throughout the reporting cycle.
• * Support closing processes for both Statutory and US GAAP reporting, delivering timely and accurate financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
• * Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, foreign exchange revaluations, and others.
• * Manage fixed assets accounting processes, including capitalization, depreciation, asset transfers, disposals, and physical inventory controls.
• * Support statutory reporting requirements and regulatory filings.
• * Collaborate with Tax, Payroll, Controllership, and other cross-functional teams.
• * Provide financial information and supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
• * Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, strengthen controls, increase efficiency, and support the continuous improvement culture.

• Qualifications

• * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• * Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• * Experience with General Ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and financial close processes.
• * Knowledge of Fixed Assets accounting.
• * SAP FI experience.

• Required Skills

• * Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• * English proficiency.
• * Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational skills.
• * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
